Kathy and her family have proudly called The Woodlands home for over 25 years, becoming deeply rooted in the community’s vibrant culture and charm. Since launching her real estate career in 2010, Kathy has become a trusted name, known for her dedication to helping clients achieve their dreams.

With a passion for serving others, Kathy initially stepped into the real estate industry in a vital support role, contributing to the growth and success of Jo Anne’s team. Her mission has always been about more than just buying and selling homes; it’s about helping people create lives they love. By blending her love of wellness with the concept of “home,” Kathy focuses on the harmony between financial well-being and creating spaces that inspire joy and balance—especially in today’s world of remote work and indoor-outdoor living.

A proud advocate for The Woodlands, Kathy highlights the area’s exceptional lifestyle: over 200 miles of hike-and-bike trails, 140+ parks, 10 golf courses, and top-rated schools, both public and private. This thriving community perfectly balances suburban comfort with urban conveniences, making it a prime destination for families, professionals, and international relocations alike.

Having relocated to The Woodlands in 1997, Kathy understands firsthand the excitement and challenges of both local and cross-country moves. As an original member of the Jo Anne Johnson Real Estate Group, she spent nearly five years sharpening her skills behind the scenes, building the expertise that now allows her to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process.

Kathy and her husband, George, raised two children in The Woodlands: a proud graduate of The Woodlands High School (Class of 2013) and another from The Woodlands Christian Academy (Class of 2018). They are now the happy grandparents of four beautiful granddaughters.
