Our Team

Kathy and her family are deep-rooted in The Woodlands for over twenty-five years, and she is a familiar name in real estate since 2010!  Showing her heart in giving back, Kathy has been a leading formation leader for children at prominent faith communities for decades.  With a keen focus on helping others, Kathy stepped into the real estate industry in 2010 in a valuable support and pivotal role in expanding this team. 

Her passion for helping others live their best lives – financially and otherwise - led to a great mission in marrying wellness with the meaning of “home,” which has never resonated more in our current environment with virtual workspaces, a premium for indoor/outdoor living, etc.  Bringing her ministry forward in serving others, combined with multiple buying/selling experiences, Kathy is ideally suited to help clients achieve their goals & priorities as they look forward!   

Kathy is quick to point out holistic qualities of our premier community with over 200 miles of hike/bike trails, over 140 parks, 10 golf courses, 23 public schools and 9 private schools!  The Woodlands is a thriving region that blends suburban comfort with urban conveniences. Positioned as a growing hub just 23 miles from Houston, it’s a prime destination for families, professionals, and international relocations alike.  

Settling in The Woodlands in 1997, Kathy also understands the challenges and thrills of both local and cross-country relocations.  As an original member of the Jo Anne Johnson Real Estate Group, Kathy contributed her expertise behind the scenes for close to five years, honing her skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.  Kathy and her husband, George, raised two kids in The Woodlands:  Their son is a 2013 Woodlands High School graduate; and their daughter is a 2018 Woodlands Christian Academy graduate. They have 3 beautiful granddaughters with another arriving soon. 

During Kathy's down time, she and George can usually be found having fun with the grand girls or exercising in some fashion at local parks, trails, or the beautiful waterway.  Life is good!
