Rhonda serves as the Licensed Director of First Impressions and takes pride in assisting the team with client appreciation events, business development, CRM management, and marketing initiatives. Before joining the team, Rhonda spent more than 18 years helping buyers and sellers as a trusted Realtor in Montgomery County. She brings a seasoned perspective and a deep understanding of the real estate process, along with a passion for exceptional service and an elevated client experience. When Rhonda is not working, she enjoys living life around the Lake Conroe area and spending time with her family.
