As a full-time Realtor, Suzanne works closely with buyers and sellers to scrutinize the market and help streamline the home sale and purchase process.  Working primarily in and around The Woodlands, TX, she has been able to master the residential real estate market of this growing area. With over 200 miles of hike/bike trails, 146 parks, 10 golf courses, 23 public schools and 9 private schools, The Woodlands, Texas is a master-planned community 40 miles north of Houston. Home to many major corporations, The Woodlands is a dynamic, international relocation hub and continues to grow.

Personal and Professional Background

Suzanne and her family have relocated to multiple cities around the country, having landed in Houston back in 2015. She understands first-hand the stress and excitement of both local and cross-country moves. She has been a part of Jo Anne Johnson Real Estate Group for the last 8 years. Suzanne’s daughter is heavily involved in the Conroe ISD Fine Arts program, and she is an active volunteer with the College Park Marching Band Booster Club. When not showing houses, she and her husband can be found in the stands cheering on their favorite musicians!  Her son is a student at Sam Houston State University, majoring in Math and Education – Eat ‘Em Up, Kats!
